摘要
文中在深度剖析中小型物流企业的差异化需求和发展痛点的基础上,提出基于第四方物流管理模式的中小型物流企业智慧化平台设计构建方案,旨在解决中小型物流企业管理、经济、运营、人才、信息等多方面问题。在分析总结国内阿里巴巴旗下第四方物流平台“菜鸟网络”成功落地的原因与其自身局限性的基础上,总结归纳基于第四方物流管理模式的中小型物流企业智慧化平台的优越性和前瞻性。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the differentiation needs and development pain points of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,this paper proposes the design and construction of intelligent platform for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises based on the fourth party logistics management mode,aiming to solve the problems of management,economy,operation,talents,information and other aspects of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.Through the analysis and summary of the reasons for the successful landing of“Cainiao network”,the fourth party logistics platform of Alibaba,and its own limitations,this paper puts forward the advantages and prospects of the intelligent platform for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises based on the fourth party logistics management mode.
