摘要
为提高日照茶区绿茶品质,探讨茶园的科学施肥措施,实现减肥增效的目的,在山东省日照市五莲县潮河镇魏家村开展控释复合肥、减施化肥配施有机肥对中茶108产量和品质的影响试验,共设置5种施肥模式,即普通化肥处理(CF)、减施化肥配施有机肥处理(OCF)、控释复合肥处理(CRF)、减施控释肥配施有机肥处理(OCRF)及不施肥对照(CK)。结果表明:与普通化肥多次施用相比,一次性施用控释复合肥效果与其相当,能满足茶叶的养分需求,却显著降低劳动强度,减少肥料施用的劳动力投入成本。化肥减施50%配施有机肥后,茶叶产量和经济效益显著提高,品质显著改善(P<0.05)。与CF相比,OCF茶叶产量提高12.9%,经济效益提高13.8%,春茶、夏茶和秋茶水浸出物含量分别提高4.66%、3.26%和4.91%,游离氨基酸含量提高24.1%、16.9%和12.2%,茶多酚含量降低3.06%、0.98%和1.73%,酚氨比降低21.9%、15.3%和12.4%。与CRF相比,OCRF茶叶产量提高13.4%,经济效益提高17.9%,春茶、夏茶和秋茶水浸出物含量分别提高5.28%、3.99%和5.37%,游离氨基酸含量分别提高16.8%、24.2%和17.6%,茶多酚含量分别降低2.70%、5.42%和3.47%,茶酚氨比分别降低16.7%、23.9%和17.9%。控释肥和化肥有机替代模式在茶园的科学施肥管理中有一定的推广应用价值。
In order to improve the green tea quality, reduce chemical fertilizer and increse economic benefit by scientific fertilization in Rizhao tea region, the effects of controlled release fertilizer, reducing chemical fertilizer and supplementing with organic manure on yield and quality of Zhongcha 108 were studied. The experiment was conducted in Weijia Village, Chaohe Town, Wulian County, Rizhao City from 2019 to 2020. Five fertilizer treatments were set as conventional chemical fertilizer(CF), reducing 50% chemical fertilizer and supplementing organic fertilizer(OCF), controlled-release fertilizer(CRF), reducing controlled-release fertilizer and supplementing with organic fertilizer(OCRF), and the control treatment with no fertilizer(CK). The results showed that compared with CF treatment, the CRF treatment could achieve the equivalent effect, which could meet nutrient needs of tea, but reduced the labor cost significantly. The OCF treatment significantly increased the yield and economic benefit, and improved the quality of tea significantly(P<0.05). Compared with CF treatment, under the OCF treatment, the yield of tea increased by 12.9%, and the economic benefit increased by 13.8%;the water extract content for spring tea, summer tea and autumn tea increased by 4.66%, 3.26% and 4.91%, the free amino acid content increased by 24.1%, 16.9% and 12.2%, the tea polyphenol content decreased by 3.06%, 0.98% and 1.73%, and the phenol-ammonia ratio decreased by 21.9%, 15.3% and 12.4%, respectively. Compared with CRF treatment, the tea yield and economic benefit increased by 13.4% and 17.9%, respectively under the OCRF treatment;the water extract content for spring tea, summer tea and autumn tea increased by 5.28%, 3.99% and 5.37%, the free amino acid content increased by 16.8%, 24.2% and 17.6%, the tea polyphenol content decreased by 2.70%, 5.42% and 3.47%, the phenol-ammonia ratio decreased by 16.7%, 23.9% and 17.9%, respectively.
