电化学废水处理技术在冶炼废水中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 废水处理站升级改造采用电化学处理工艺,使废水处理站出水达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)车间排放口标准的要求。废水深度处理后,降低水中污染物含量,减少污染物的排放量,保障了生产过程中废水的有效处理和回用,同时可有效降低对环境产生的安全隐患。污泥经过压滤系统压滤处理,可以进一步回收其中的有价金属,其中含锌物料可以作为熔剂重新配入,直接返回配料,不产生二次污染。 The electrochemical treatment process is adopted for the upgrading and transformation of the wastewater treatment station to make the effluent of the wastewater treatment station meet the requirements of the workshop discharge outlet standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry(GB25466-2010).After the advanced treatment of the wastewater,the output of pollutants is reduced,the content of pollutants in the water is reduced,and the effective treatment and reuse of wastewater in the production process are guaranteed,At the same time,reduce the potential safety hazards to the environment.After the pressure filtration treatment of the pressure filtration system,the valuable metals in the sludge can be further recovered.The zinc containing materials can be re mixed as flux and directly returned to the ingredients without secondary pollution.
