预制装配式钢筋混凝土矩形沟槽力学性能试验

摘要 预制装配式钢筋混凝土矩形沟槽因施工、维修、更换方便而得到广泛应用。为了研究其力学性能,考虑实际工程的荷载工况,开展了预制装配式沟槽的试验研究与有限元分析,得到了试验沟槽裂缝分布、应力和变形,分析了沟槽各部位相互作用的机理和破坏模式。结果表明:在正常的使用荷载工况下,沟槽侧壁没有出现裂缝,变形量小于0.16 mm,最大主拉应力为2.57 MPa,沟槽整体受力良好。随着荷载继续增大,槽壁外侧出现45°规律性斜向裂缝,顶部管枕由于受压出现较大变形。填土厚度对普通钢筋拉应力和结构竖向位移影响大,而对预应力钢筋拉应力和结构横向变形影响小。填土厚度小于3 m时,结构在弹性范围内工作。本文的研究成果将为预制装配式矩形沟槽的设计和应用提供依据与参考。 The prefabricated reinforced concrete rectangular tunnel has been widely applied in electrical engineering because of the convenience of construction,maintenance,and replacement.To study the mechanical behavior of a prefabricated reinforced concrete rectangular tunnel,two full-scale models were tested and analyzed.Loading tests were carried out on prefabricated tunnels by simulating actual working conditions.Experimental data including tunnel cracks,concrete stress,and wall deformation were obtained.Moreover,the interaction mechanism among each part of the tunnel and the failure mode were analyzed.Test results show that no crack is observed on the surface of the tunnel wall,the deformation of the tunnel wall is 0.16 mm,and the maximum principal tension stress is 2.57 MPa under service load.Therefore,the prefabricated tunnel has better mechanical performance.With the increase of applied load,inclined tension cracks with 45 degrees appear on the outside surface of the tunnel and the upper pipe pillow appears visible bending deformation under pressure.The fill thickness has a great influence on the tensile stress of ordinary steel bars and vertical displacement of the structure,but has a small influence on the tensile stress of prestressed steel bars and lateral deformation of the structure.When the filling thickness is less than 3 m,the structure works within the elastic range.The results of this research could offer a technique base and reference for the prefabricated tunnel.
