The report to the 19th CPC National Congress stressed the need to develop new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics,further modernize China’s governance system and capacity,and enhance China’s soft power.By the State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company Limited Economic and Technological Research Institute and other intellectual resources,State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company Limited steadily promotes the construction of think tanks to provide intellectual support for the company’s development,fully implementing the deployment of the central government.The construction of new-type think tank of power grid enterprises should strengthen the understanding of think tank model,actively apply new thinking and new technology,take talent development as the core,reform and innovation as the driving force,enhance responsibility brand awareness,enhance decision-making support ability,and promote the construction of international leading energy Internet enterprises with Chinese characteristics.
