摘要
目的探讨机械通气患者气道管理中整体式吸痰装置的应用。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2020年10月本院机械通气患者100例,依据吸痰方法分为整体式吸痰装置组和分散式传统装置组,每组各50例。统计分析两组患者的装备组装时间、吸痰次数、满意度、呼吸循环指标、并发症发生情况。结果整体式吸痰装置组患者的装备组装时间显著短于分散式传统装置组,吸痰次数显著少于分散式传统装置组,满意度评分显著高于分散式传统装置组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸痰后整体式吸痰装置组患者较吸痰前的血氧饱和度升高幅度显著高于分散式传统装置组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸痰后整体式吸痰装置组呼吸频率、心率、平均气道压、潮气量升高幅度均显著低于分散式传统装置组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体式吸痰装置组患者的并发症总发生率为8.0%(4/50),显著低于分散式传统装置组的26.0%(13/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械通气患者气道管理中整体式吸痰装置的应用效果较分散式传统装置好。
Objective To explore the application of integrated sputum suction device in airway management of mechanically ventilated patients.Methods One hundred mechanically ventilated patients in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into the integrated suction device group and the decentralized traditional device group,with 50 cases in each group according to the sputum suction method.The equipment assembly time,sputum suction times,satisfaction degree,respiratory cycle indicators,and complications of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The equipment assembly time of patients in the integrated sputum suction device group was significantly shorter than that in the decentralized traditional device group,with significant difference(P<0.05),the number of sputum suction in the integrated sputum suction device group was significantly less than that in the decentralized traditional device group,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score in the integrated sputum suction device group was significantly higher than that in the decentralized traditional device group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The increase in blood oxygen saturation of the patients in the integrated suction device group after the suction compared with before the suction was significantly higher than that in the sputum suction device group,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the respiratory rate,heart rate,mean airway pressure,and tidal volume in the integrated suction device group after the suction were significantly lower than those in the decentralized traditional device group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total complication rate of patients in the integrated suction device group was 8.0%(4/50),which was significantly lower than that of 26.0%(13/50)in the decentralized traditional device group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the integrated sputum suction device in the airway management of mechanicall
