摘要
高校在后勤管理部门设立二级纪委,是全面从严治党向基层延伸的新举措,也是加强后勤部门日常监督的内在需求。新形势下,高校后勤纪委在健全规章制度、开展日常监督工作等方面取得了较好成效,但也存在前沿监督作用发挥不充分、纪检干部业务能力有待提升、纪检干部队伍薄弱等问题。为适应新形势新要求,高校党委、纪委需要进一步明确后勤纪委的职能定位和工作重点,加大工作指导与支持力度;强化政治监督,做实做细后勤系统的日常监督,推进全面从严治党向纵深发展;加强后勤纪检干部队伍建设,强化纪检工作督促指导。
The establishment of the second-level discipline inspection committee in the logistics management department of colleges and universities is a new measure to extend the strict governance of the party to the grassroots level. It is also an inherent need to strengthen the daily supervision of the logistics department. Under the new situation, the logistics and discipline inspection committees of colleges and universities have achieved good results in improving the rules and regulations and carrying out daily supervision work. However, there are also problems such as insufficient frontier supervision, the professional ability of disciplinary inspection cadres to be improved, and the weak contingent of disciplinary inspection cadres. In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, college party committees and discipline inspection committees need to further clarify the functional positioning and work focus of the logistics discipline inspection committee, increase work guidance and support;strengthen political supervision, implement detailed daily supervision of the logistics system, and promote comprehensive and strict governance The party develops in depth;strengthen the construction of the cadre of logistics discipline inspection, and strengthen the supervision and guidance of discipline inspection work.
