摘要
高等院校医学教育是我国卫生事业发展的重要基石,专业研究生是推动我国医疗事业发展的栋梁。随着加快医学教育创新发展指导意见的推出,对专业研究生的医德教育有了更高的要求。本文从医学教育创新发展视阈出发,阐述了目前专业研究生医德教育存在的问题及可行的解决办法,为提高研究生的整体素质提供了新思路。
Medical education in colleges and universities is an important cornerstone of the development of health industry in China,and professional postgraduates are the pillars of promoting the development of medical industry in China.With the guidelines on accelerating the innovation and development of medical education,there are higher requirements for medical ethics education for professional graduate students.From the perspective of the innovation and development of medical education,this article describes the problems and solutions in current professional postgraduate medical ethics education,and provides new ideas of improving the overall quality of graduate students.
