摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理应用于老年骨折便秘患者的效果分析及对骨折愈合情况的影响.方法选取2019年1月至2019年8月本院收治的100例老年骨折便秘患者,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组接受常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受中医特色护理.干预3个月后比较两组患者骨折愈合效果、护理评价、VAS评分、住院时间以及便秘的发生情况.结果观察组优良率为96.00%高于对照组84.00%(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分高于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组住院时间短于对照组,便秘的发生率为4.00%低于对照组12.00%(P<0.05).结论应用中医特色护理干预疗效显著,护理满意度较高,住院时间短,便秘发生率低.
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing applied to elderly patients with fracture constipation and its effect on fracture healing.Methods 100 elderly patients with constipation due to fracture treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received TCM characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the effect of fracture healing,nursing evaluation,VAS score,length of hospital stay and the occurrence of constipation were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of constipation was 4.00%lower than that of the control group 12.00%,(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention has significant effect,high nursing satisfaction,short hospitalization time and low incidence of constipation,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
