摘要
随着经济高速发展,工程建设用地愈发紧张,煤矿采空区建筑工程发展较为迅速,但因其实际承载力较低、地基不稳定以及易形变等问题,促使难以用于工程建设中。结合对煤矿采空区地基加固治理经验,注浆技术凭借多个优势普遍应用,整个施工流程繁多复杂,质量控制难度把控,需积极掌握相关技术要点,采取强有力的措施保证施工质量可靠性,进一步增强场地实际承载力,吻合建设场地实际需求。
With the rapid economic development,the land for project construction has become more and more tense.The construction of coal mine goafs has developed rapidly.However,due to its low actual bearing capacity,unstable foundations and easy deformation,it is difficult to use in engineering construction..Combined with the experience of foundation reinforcement and treatment in coal mine goafs,grouting technology is widely used with multiple advantages.The entire construction process is complicated and the quality control is difficult to control.It is necessary to actively master relevant technical points and take strong measures to ensure the reliability of construction quality.To further enhance the actual carrying capacity of the site and meet the actual needs of the construction site.
