摘要
为了实现煤基碳四的综合利用,提高碳四产品附加值,通过引进醚化工艺和羰基合成技术,确定了经济效益较高的煤基甲醇制烯烃(MTO)碳四副产甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、1-丁烯和2-丙基庚醇(2-PH)工艺路线。基于存在的产品质量不合格、产量偏低及催化剂成本偏高等问题,通过工艺改进实现了工艺技术的优化。结果表明,优化后MTBE产品质量分数提高至93.5%以上,2-PH产品产量达7.5 t/h以上,配体催化剂使用成本降至1500万元。
In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of coal based C4 and improve value-added of C4 products,the process routes of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE),1-butene and 2-propylheptanol(2-PH),which are by-products of C4 from coal-based methanol to olefin(MTO),were determined by introducing etherification process and carbonyl synthesis technology.Based on the problems of unqualified product quality,low output and high catalyst cost,the optimization of process technology was realized through process improvement.The results show that after optimization,the mass fraction of MTBE product is increased to more than 93.5%,the output of 2-PH product is more than 7.5 t/h,and the use cost of ligand catalyst is reduced to 1500×104 yuan.
