摘要
在利用变压吸附(PSA)法提纯氢气的装置中,吸附塔封头常采用椭圆封头和球形封头两种,上下封头的内件根据专利技术不同,采用的结构形式也有所不同。通过计算,采用球形封头带上分布器的结构,氢气回收率损失0.51%,在各种结构中损失量最小。随着装置规模的扩大,吸附塔结构对氢气回收率的影响随之变大,需要优化工艺来降低此影响。
Elliptical and spherical head of adsorption towers are often used in device for purifying hydrogen by pressure swing adsorption(PSA)technology.The inner parts of the upper and bottom heads adopt different structural forms according to different patented technologies.By calculation,the loss of hydrogen recovery rate is 0.51%when the spherical head with a distributor is adopted,and the loss is the smallest among various structures.With the expansion of the unit scale,the influence of the adsorption tower structure on the hydrogen recovery rate becomes greater,and the process needs to be optimized to reduce this influence.
