摘要
云南自古以来就是一个多民族共生共融共长的地区,是全国世居少数民族最多、特有少数民族最多、跨境民族最多、民族自治地方最多的省份,是中华民族"多元一体"结构最典型的地区。总结好铸牢中华民族共同体意识的云南实践,对全国其他地区具有一定的借鉴和启示。文章提出了铸牢中华民族共同体意识蕴含着深刻的政治性、时代性、历史性、统一性和差异性,总结了"一心一意跟党走""一个大家庭""一个民族都不能少""一家人都要过上好日子""一个示范区建设"的云南实践,分析了云南实践的理论、历史、现实依据,并认为只有坚持党的领导、多元一体、以民为本、发展优先和总体安全,中华民族共同体意识才能真正铸牢。
Since ancient times,many ethnic groups have resided and developed together in Yunnan.It is the province with the largest number of ethnic groups,unique ethnic groups,cross-border ethnic groups and autonomous areas in China.Yunnan is also a good example of the pattern of Chinese pluralistic unity and"Yunnan Practice"will provide valuable insights for other regions.This article points out that creating the sense of community for the Chinese nation has political and historic significance,characteristic of era,unification and diversity.The paper argues that"Yunnan Practice"include"always following the party","unified nation for all ethnic groups","initial prosperity for all ethnic groups","good life for all ethnic groups"and"the construction of demonstration zone of ethnic unity and progress".This article also analyzes"Yunnan Practice"theoretically,looking into both its historical and present circumstances.In conclusion,this article argues that the only way of creating a sense of community of Chinese nation is to uphold the leadership of the party,strength pluralistic unity,put the people first,put development first and pursue a holistic approach to national security.
