摘要
介绍了一种新的脉冲激光波形畸变的预补偿方法.高功率光纤激光系统采用两级级联放大结构,在脉宽为500 ns、重频为10 kHz的条件下,由于瞬态增益效应,在最终输出端的时域中观察到了增益不平坦现象.通过分束提取小能量的最终输出信号,可利用任意波形发生器进行描点,对最终输出信号进行波形补偿,使输出端的时域信号近似于方波波形.通过实验验证了不同泵浦功率的信号均可通过描点的方式抑制增益不平坦,对其进行波形预补偿.
A new pre-compensation method for restraining waveform distortion of pulse laser is introduced in this paper.The high-power fiber laser system adopts a two-step cascade amplification structure.Under the condition of 500 ns pulse width and 10 kHz repetition frequency,an uneven gain is observed in the time domain of the final output due to transient gain effect.The final output signal of small energy can be extracted by beam splitting,and the waveform compensation of the final output signal can be carried out by any waveform generator,so that the time domain signal of the output end is approximate to square wave shape.Experimental results show that the signal with different pump power can suppress the gain unevenness by means of tracing points and the waveform can be pre-compensated.
