摘要
基于2008—2017年我国31个省(区、市)的林业投入产出面板数据构建评价指标体系,采用超效率DEA法从综合效率对区域林业投入产出效率进行静态分析,运用Malmquist指数法从全要素生产率变化、技术进步变化及技术效率变化对区域林业的发展进行动态分析。研究结果表明:31个省(区、市)林业投入产出效率总体呈下降态势,各省市差异较大,呈“东北地区<西北地区<华北地区<中南地区<西南地区<华东地区”的格局;林业全要素生产率指数变动整体呈增长趋势,技术进步对其变化有较大影响,规模效率和纯技术效率对其提升有一定的制约作用。
Based on the forestry input-output panel data of 31 provinces and cities in my country from 2008 to 2017,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and used the super-efficiency DEA method to conduct a static analysis of the regional forestry input-output efficiency from the comprehensive efficiency,and it also made a dynamic analysis of the development of regional forestry by using the Malmquist index method to analyze the total factors productivity changes,technological progress changes and technical efficiency changes.The results showed that the forestry input and output efficiency of 31 provinces and cities showed a downward trend,with large differences between provinces and cities,show⁃ing a pattern of"Northeast Region<Northwest Region<North China Region<Central South Region<Southwest Region<East China Region";the overall productivity index change showed an increasing trend and the technological progress had a greater impact on its changes,and scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency had a certain restrictive effect on its improvement.
