摘要
本文中作者提出了一种基于小尺寸样件频响特性测试的隔振效率计算方法。设计了振动台试验方案,开展了隔振样件的扫频与定频测试,与计算结果进行了对比分析。对一台特高压电抗器器身的隔振效率进行了计算,并采用不同的隔振结构进行了振动测试,进一步验证了计算方法的有效性,可为电抗器振动噪声性能的优化与改进提供参考和依据。
A calculation method of vibration isolation efficiency based on the frequency response characteristic test of small-size samples is proposed.In this paper,the shaking table test is designed.The sweep frequency and constant frequency tests of the vibration isolation samples are performed,and with which the calculation results are compared and analyzed.The effectiveness of the calculation method is further verified by the vibration test of shunt reactor with different vibration isolation structures,which can provide reference and basis for the optimization and improvement of the vibration and noise performance of the reactor.
