摘要
验证EVE与3M抛光组合对两种常用临床全瓷牙材料的抛光效果,为全瓷牙抛光修复的临床操作提供依据。实验设置了:(1)1组:临床上釉对照组;(2)2组:绿色碳化硅砂石+氧化铝白砂石依次混合打磨抛光复合组作为对照组;(3)3组:绿色松风陶瓷Ceramaster精细烤瓷砂石抛光复合组作为对照组;(4)4组:绿色碳化硅砂石+氧化铝白砂石+德国EVE氧化锆抛光组合;(5)5组:金刚砂车针+碳化钨车针+氧化铝抛光盘sofa-lex+橡皮抛光头组合。分别对两种常用的临床全瓷修复材料(改良型玻璃陶瓷VitaSerenity,多晶陶瓷氧化锆Cercone)调磨后的试件进行抛光处理,然后对抛光后的试件进行表面粗糙度和电子显微镜测试结果统计学分析。结果表明两种全瓷材料使用不同的抛光工具,不同组间存在着显著性差异。EVE组合对氧化锆组抛光效果较好,抛光效果优于对照组,3M组合对玻璃陶瓷组抛光效果较好,与对照组无统计学差异。本研究表明正确的临床精细抛光方法可以使修复体达到类似上釉的效果,有效提高全瓷修复体的长期稳定性和美观性,避免对颌牙釉质的过度磨耗,增加患者的满意度。
To verify the polishing effect of EVE and 3M polishing combination on two commonly used clinical all-ceramic dental materials,and provide the basis for the clinical operation of all-ceramic dental polishing repair.The experiment was set up by(1)Group 1:Clinical enameling control group;(2)Group 2:Green silicon carbide sandstone+alumina white sandstone mixed and polished in turn as the control group;(3)Group 3:Songfeng Ceramics Ceramaster composite group as the control group;(4)Group 4:Green silicon carbide sandstone+alumina white sandstone+German EVE zirconia polishing combination;(5)Group 5:Emery bur+tungsten carbide bur+alumina polishing disc sofa-lex+rubber polishing head combination,two commonly used clinical all-ceramic restoration materials were respectively:polishing of modified VitaSuprinity,polycrystalline zirconia Cercon specimens,then the polished specimen surface roughness and electron microscope test results were statistically analyzed.The results show that there are significant differences between the two kinds of all-ceramic materials using different polishing tools.The polishing effect of EVE combination on zirconia group was the best,and the polishing effect was better than that of the control group.The polishing effect of 3M combination on glass ceramic group was the best,and there was no statistical difference compared with that of the clinical enameling control group.This study shows that the correct clinical fine polishing method can make the restorations achieve similar glaze effect,effectively improve the long-term stabilitys and aestheticof all-ceramic restorations,avoid excessive wear of occlusal enamel,and increase patient satisfaction.
