摘要
目的为进一步扩展渐进成形技术在管件成形加工方面的应用,提高微管的成形复杂度、缩短加工时间,设计一款微管渐进成形机,对关键零部件承载及管件单点成形进行有限元分析。方法通过对管件渐进成形机中关键零部件的静力学分析,根据有限元软件得到的仿真数据,对渐进成形机关键零部件进行尺寸修正和强度校核。结果在管件的渐进成形加工中扩径20%的情况下管件壁厚平均减薄率为7.7%,管件渐进成形机的最大工作半径为83 mm。结论管件成形机可达到设计要求,通过对管件加工工具的结构进行设计和优化,在保证零件强度的同时提高管件的扩径范围,在提高管件加工速度和可加工复杂度的同时降低减薄率。
The work aims to design a micro-tube progressive forming machine and carry out finite element analysis on the load bearing of key parts and single-point forming of tubes, so as to further expand the application of progressive forming technology in tube forming, improve the forming complexity of micro-tubes and shorten the processing time. Through the static analysis on the key parts of the progressive forming machine of tubes, the dimension correction and strength check of the key parts of the progressive forming machine were carried out according to the simulation data obtained by the finite element software. When the tube diameter was expanded for 20% in progressive forming, the average wall thickness reduction rate of tube was 7.7%, and the maximum working radius of the progressive forming machine was 83 mm. The tube forming machine can meet the design requirements. Through the structural design and optimization of the tube processing tools, the expansion range of the tube is increased while the strength of the parts is ensured, and the reduction rate is reduced while the processing speed and processing complexity of the tube are improved.
