运用教育测量学思维分析临床教师发展现状

摘要 运用教育测量学思维分析临床实习生内科学的教学效果,寻找学生在医学实践学习中的薄弱环节,帮助临床教师最大限度地开发和利用有限的医疗资源,为他们在有限的时间内提升教学效果提供理论依据。研究以同一年级全体临床医学本科实习生(173名)为研究对象,应用教育测量学原理对学生的内科临床思维测试结果进行了综合分析。不同题型、不同专业试题难度及考生间知识掌握程度的两方面因素方差分析均为差异显著(P<0.001);不同题型之间、不同专业试题之间存在显著性正相关(P<0.001)。由此得出结论:临床教师应根据自己的专业特点提升影像学和检验报告解读能力,在教学中加入基础实验观摩内容,强化临床与基础理论横向联系的能力,提高自身对专业疾病鉴别诊断的教学技能。 Using education meterage thinking to analyze the teaching effect of internal medicine for clinical interns,this paper aims to find the weak points of students in medical practice learning,help clinical teachers to maximize the development and utilization of limited medical resources,and provide a theoretical basis for them to improve the teaching effect in a limited time.The study took all 173 clinical medical undergraduate interns in the same grade as the research object,and comprehensively analyzed the results of internal medicine clinical thinking test of students by using the principle of education meterage.There were significant differences in the two aspects of factor analysis of variance of different question types,different professional test questions and the degree of knowledge mastery among candidates(P<0.001).There was significant positive correlation between different question types and different professional test questions(P<0.001).It is concluded that clinical teachers should improve their ability to interpret imaging and test reports according to their professional characteristics,and add basic experimental observation content to their teaching.Teachers need to strengthen the ability of horizontal connection between clinical and basic theory,and teachers need to improve their teaching skills in professional and differential diagnosis of diseases.
