摘要
凸度仪位于厚板精轧机后位置,用于测量每道次板材的厚度、凸度和楔度,对于成品材的凸度及平面质量控制十分重要。针对宝钢某厂凸度仪探头的移动问题,层层分析其原因,得出了边部移动探头无法到达指定测量点是由于源罐的移动轴承阻塞引起的,并对探头位置监控、预警方面提出了对策。
The profile gauge is located behind the finishing mill of thick plate,which is used to measure the thickness,crown and wedge of each pass.It is very important for the crown and plane quality control of finished products.Combined with the problem of detector movement of profile gauge in a factory of Baosteel,the causes are analyzed layer by layer.It is concluded that the failure of the edge moving detector to reach the designated measuring point is caused by the blockage of the moving bearing of the source tank.The countermeasures for the position monitoring and early warning of the detector are put forward.
