摘要
目的:探讨活络祛痹贴膏的抗炎镇痛作用及其机制研究,为其在临床中应用提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠热板法、小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠足肿胀法,贴敷给药7天,考察小鼠镇痛抗炎作用,采用Elisa测定足肿胀大鼠血清中白介素-6(IL-6)和抗肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的表达水平。结果:活络祛痹贴膏高剂量组(10 g·kg^(-1))可显著提高热板法小鼠痛阈值,显著减轻小鼠的耳肿胀度和大鼠足肿胀度(P<0.05)。活络祛痹贴膏中剂量组(7.5 g·kg^(-1))可显著降低大鼠血清中IL-6和TNF-α的表达水平(P<0.05)。结论:活络祛痹贴膏具有抗炎、镇痛作用,可能通过影响血清中IL-6和TNF-α含量来实现。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and mechanism of Huoluo Qubi plaster, and to provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: Mouse hot plate method, mouse ear swelling method and rat foot swelling method were used for 7 days to investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of mice. The expression levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and anti-tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in serum of rats with foot swelling were determined by Elisa. Results: The high dose group of Huoluo Qubi plaster(10 g·kg;) could significantly increase the pain threshold of mice by hot plate method,significantly reduce the degree of ear swelling in mice and foot swelling in rats(P<0.05), the expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of rats in Huoluo Qubi plaster medium dose group(7.5 g·kg;) were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huoluo Qubi plaster has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, possibly by affecting IL-6 and TNF-α content.
