船用燃气轮机进气滤清器冲蚀行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 冲蚀磨损是引起船用进气滤清器材料损坏的重要原因之一。针对滤清器的冲蚀行为,基于Finnie冲蚀模型分析了入口空气流速、杂质颗粒质量流量、粒径及结构参数对冲蚀速率的影响。结果表明,滤清器弯折角处最易发生冲蚀磨损,可通过改变局部材料耐磨性能来提高滤清器的耐冲蚀能力;在颗粒质量流量以及粒径一定的情况下,冲蚀速率与入口空气流速的平方成正比;在相同的空气流速下,对于等粒径杂质颗粒,冲蚀速率随质量流量线性增加;粒径对冲蚀速度的影响较为复杂,在空气流速和颗粒质量流量一定时,冲蚀速率随着粒径的增加而急剧下降,但当颗粒粒径大于200μm时,粒径对冲蚀速度影响变小。 Solid particle erosion is one of the major cause for the removal of material form the surface of pipes of inlet filters that are used for cleaning the intake air of marine gas turbine.In the current study,basing on the Finnie model,effects of the inlet air velocity,mass flow rate and diameter of particles as well as the dimension of the filter on the erosion rate were thoroughly analyzed.The results demonstrated that the maximum erosion occurred at the same zones with bending angles under different conditions.Therefore,the erosion resistance of the filter can be effectively improved by optimizing the material at the location that would be severely damaged by erosion.Moreover,the simulation results revealed that the erosion rate is proportion to the square of the inlet air velocity,when other parameters were constant.Whilst,under the same inlet air velocity,the erosion rate increases linearly with the increase of the mass flow rate of particles having the same diameter.Nevertheless,effects of particles diameter on the erosion behavior were complex.The erosion rated significantly decreased with the increase of the diameter of particles,while the erosion rate was slightly affected by the diameter of particles that are larger than 200 μm.
