摘要
在航空发动机项目的研发流程中需求变更管理至关重要。通过分析需求变更流程中各个阶段的相互影响特点,对比分析了基于活动的模型和基于Agent的模型;然后,以Excel为工具初步建立了适于航空发动机组织结构的需求变更Agent模型;最后,利用该Agent模型分析了需求变更对设计质量、研发风险的影响,为工程人员开展航空发动机需求变更管理提供理论指导。
Demand change management is vital in the R&D process of aero-engine project.First,the activity-based model method and the Agent-based model method are compared and analyzed to examine the interaction characteristics of each stage in the demand change process;Then,the demand change Agent model suitable for aero-engine organization structure is established by using Excel.Finally,the Agent model is used to analyze the impact of demand change on design quality and R&D risk,which provides theoretical guidance for engineers to carry out demand change management of aero-engine.
