EMAT周向Lamb波单向管道缺陷的检测方法

摘要 传统的电磁超声换能装置发射方向多和管道对称结构使缺陷两端均发生反射,导致缺陷处回波信号复杂,难以有效识别缺陷位置。通过建立单方向EMAT的有限元模型仿真研究周向Lamb波传播过程,分析单一缺陷下缺陷的位置在EMAT作用下的反射回波,给出了回波信号和缺陷唯一对应的EMAT周向Lamb波单方向的管道缺陷检测方法。结果表明,单方向的EMAT比传统模型增强了2.14倍的顺时针波,削弱了0.37倍的逆时针波,有效提升了管道缺陷检测的准确性。 This paper proposes a novel approach as a viable alternative to the current electromagnetic ultrasonic energy converter which is unable to effectively identify defect location due to multiple emission directions and the symmetrical structure of the pipeline responsible for the reflection occurring at both ends of the defect,leading to the complex echo signals at the defect.The study involves investigating the reflected echo of the defect position under the action of EMAT under a single defect by developing the finite element model of one-way EMAT and simulating the propagation process of circumferential Lamb wave;and providing the one-way pipeline defect detection method of EMAT circumferential Lamb wave uniquely corresponding to the echo signal and the defect.The results show that compared with the traditional model,the single direction EMAT enables the increased clockwise needle wave by 2.14 times and the decreased counterclockwise wave by 0.37 times and thus the effectively improved accuracy of pipeline defect detection.
