摘要
党的十九大以来,我国居民对于美好生活的呼声越来越高涨,“996”和“007”等现象在为企业创造大量财富的同时也严重侵害着我国居民的闲暇福利,使得我国居民闲暇福利严重不足。本文利用2017年中国综合社会调查数据,运用二阶段最小二乘法,对流通创新对居民闲暇的影响机制进行了理论分析和实证考察。研究表明:当流通创新的累积量达到特定阈值后,流通创新的累积会对居民的闲暇福利有正向促进作用,并且这种促进作用具有加速效果。当流通创新累积量低于特定阈值时,由于流通创新对于消费需求和劳动生产率的影响路径不同,流通创新的累积对居民的闲暇福利有反向促进作用。在相同的流通创新累积条件下,农村会率先达到流通创新正向促进闲暇福利提升的转折点,具有流通闲暇福利的农村先行特性。由此,为了缓解我国的闲暇福利困境,政府要持续优化流通技术创新和组织创新的外部环境,重视和引导流通创新在农村的产生和利用;高校要培养具有多方协调能力的流通产业人才,做好科研成果的商业化。
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Chinese residents have been increasingly calling for a better life.The“996”and“007”phenomena have not only created a lot of wealth for enterprises,but also seriously harmed the leisure welfare of Chinese residents,making the leisure welfare of Chinese residents seriously inadequate.This paper makes theoretical analysis and empirical study on the impact mechanism of circulation innovation on residents’leisure by using the two-stage least squares based on the 2017 survey data of China General Society.The research shows that when the accumulation of circulation innovation reaches a specific threshold,the accumulation of circulation innovation has a positive promotion effect on residents’leisure welfare,and this promotion effect has an acceleration effect.When the accumulation of circulation innova⁃tion is lower than a specific threshold,the accumulation of circulation innovation has a reverse promoting effect on residents’leisure welfare because of the different impact paths of circulation innovation on consumption demand and labor productivity.Under the same conditions of circulation innovation accumulation,rural areas will be the first to reach the turning point of circulation innovation positively promoting leisure welfare,which has the rural first-moving characteristics of circulation leisure welfare.Therefore,in order to alleviate China’s leisure welfare dilemma,the government should continue to optimize the external environment of circulation technological innova⁃tion and organizational innovation,and pay attention to and guide the generation and utilization of circulation inno⁃vation in rural areas,and colleges and universities should foster talents in circulation industry with multi-party coor⁃dination ability and do a good job in commercialization of scientific research achievements.
