摘要
数字经济的加速发展引发了就业领域的深刻变革,催生了新形态就业和传统就业的升级跃迁。本文探析了数字经济就业效应的理论逻辑和内在影响机理,构建了河北省数字经济和就业质量的评价指标体系,测度了河北省数字经济发展水平和就业质量状况,实证分析了数字经济发展对河北省就业结构和就业质量的影响。研究发现:随着数字经济的发展,第三产业的就业促进效应和制造业的就业替代效应显现,河北省就业结构升级优化。数字基础设施建设、数字产业发展和产业数字融合应用均显著改善了河北省就业质量状况,政务新媒体建设和政府网上服务效率提升也有助于提高河北省就业质量水平。
The accelerated development of the digital economy has triggered profound changes in the field of employment,giving birth to a new form of employment and the upgrading of traditional employment.This paper probes into the theoretical logic and internal influence mechanism of employment effect of digital economy,con⁃structs the evaluation index system of digital economy and employment quality in Hebei Province,measures the de⁃velopment level of digital economy and employment quality of Hebei Province,and empirically analyzes the influ⁃ence of the digital economy development on employment structure and employment quality in Hebei Province.The study finds that the employment promotion effect of tertiary industry and the employment substitution effect of manu⁃facturing industry appear with the development of digital economy,which upgrades and optimizes the employment structure of Hebei Province.The construction of digital infrastructure,the development of digital industry and the in⁃dustrial and digital integration/application all have significantly improved the employment quality situation in Hebei Province.The construction of new government-affairs media and the improvement of government online service effi⁃ciency also help to improve the level of employment quality in Hebei Province.
