摘要
由于突然爆发的新冠疫情,工程项目的设计、采购、储运发货和施工各方面均受到不同程度的影响,先后出现了坚持施工、政府封城导致部分停工、封城令解除后小范围复工、疫情常态化下正常施工四个阶段。项目部通过提前谋划,科学组织,逐渐形成一套行之有效钓办法,本文主要针对政府封城导致停工、封城令解除后小范围复工和疫情常态化下正常施工三个阶段,讨论项目部应该以何种策略进行应对。从设计、采购、储运发货以及现场施工四个方面来展示这三个阶段的策略变化,现就各方面工作在各阶段所受彩响及采取措施逐一进行分析和探讨。
Due to the outbreak of the"COVID・19"epidemic,all aspects of the project design,procurement,storage,transportation and construction were affected to varying degrees.There were four stages successively:insisting on construction,partial shutdown caused by the government's city closure,small-scale resumption of work after the city closure order was lifted,and normal construction under the normality of the epidemic.Through planning in advance and scientific organization,the project department gradually formed a set of effective measures.This paper mainly discussed the three stages of the shutdown caused by the govemmenfs city closure,the small-scale resumption of work after the lifting of the city closure order and the normal construction under the situation of the epidemic,and which strategies the project department should adopt to deal with it.The strategy changes in the above three stages are shown from four aspects:design,procurement,storage,transportation and site construction.Now the impact of each aspect on the work in each stage and the measures taken are analyzed and discussed one by one.
