摘要
利用三聚氯氰(TCT)与5-磺基水杨酸(SSA)在水体系中反应制备了(4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪-2-氧基)-5-磺基苯甲酸钠(ST),将其应用于脱灰软化绵羊皮的鞣制。实验结果表明:当ST用量为灰皮质量的25%,鞣制温度以25、40、50℃每2 h阶梯上升,鞣制总时间为6 h的条件下实施鞣制,所得坯革的收缩温度达到78.4℃,粒面平细、色泽洁白,鞣制效果佳。成革的物理性能良好,抗张强度为14.08 N/mm^(2)、撕裂强度为42.6 N/mm、断裂伸长率为68.3%。
(4,6-Dichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2-oxy)-5-sulfobenzoate sodium(ST)was prepared by the reaction of cyanuric chloride(TCT)and 5-sulfosalicylic acid(SSA)in water,which was applied to the tanning of deliming and bated sheep pelts.When the tanning is carried out under the technical conditions of 25%ST of the gray leather weight,the tanning temperature rises in steps of 25℃,40℃,and 50℃every 2 h,and the total tanning time is 6 h,the shrinkage temperature of the resulting leather reaches 78.4℃.The grain of the resulting leather is flat and fine,the color is white,and the tanning effect is good.The obtained leather has good physical properties,for instance,the tensile strength is 14.08 N/mm^(2),the tear strength is 42.6 N/mm,and the elongation at break is 68.3%.
