基于量化分析探讨《伤寒论》中柴胡桂枝干姜汤的病机

Discussion on the pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases based on quantitative analysis

摘要 目的量化分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤的病机特点。方法归纳《伤寒论》中有具体药物组成及剂量的经方,区分处理剂量及炮制方法不同的同种药物。运用双层频权剪叉算法,计算每个药物的功效权值,通过计算柴胡桂枝干姜汤的功效权值来判定级别高低,从而分析其配伍规律最终推导病机特点。结果柴胡桂枝干姜汤Ⅲ级功效有清胆、行气、补心、治心悸、止痛;Ⅱ级功效有清热、化痰、散结、止咳;Ⅰ级功效有疏肝、温脾、润肺、解表、消痈疮、截疟;-Ⅰ级功效有清心、平肝、祛湿、利水、利咽、止血。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤的核心病机在于少阳失枢,胆火内郁,气液运行失畅,兼太阴脾寒;次要病机有津液损伤、太阳表证。 Objective To quantitatively analyze the pathogenesis characteristics of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.Methods The specific composition and dosage of classical prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases were summarized,and the same drugs with different treatment dosage and processing methods were distinguished.The efficacy weight of each drug was calculated by double-layer frequency weight cross algorithm,and then the efficacy weight of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction was calculated in order to judge its efficacy level,so as to analyze its law of concerted application and finally deduce the pathogenesis characteristics.Results In Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction,the levelⅢefficacies were purging gallbladder,activating qi,tonifying heart,treating palpitations,and relieving pain;the levelⅡefficacies were clearing heat,resolving masses,dissipating phlegm,and relieving cough;the levelⅠefficacies were dispersing liver,warming spleen,moistening lung,relieving superficies,eliminating carbuncle sore,and preventing malaria;the level-Ⅰefficacies were clearing heart,suppressing hyperactive liver,eliminating dampness,inducing diuresis,relieving sore throat,and stopping bleeding.Conclusion The core pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage,gallbladder fire depression,qi and body fluid movement disorder,combined with taiyin spleen cold;Secondary pathogenesis includes body fluid injury and solar surface syndrome.
