摘要
引入流程管理理念,将器材消耗预测流程分为明确器材类型、收集分析数据和信息、预测方法选择与建模、模型求解、分析评估预测结果和应用6个阶段,对每个流程的研究现状进行系统梳理和总结,找出当前器材消耗预测研究的热点和薄弱环节,并在此基础上指出下一步发展方向,为装备器材保障工作提供参考。
In this paper,we introduced in the concept of process management,and divided the supplies consumption forecasting process into six links,namely defining supplies type,collecting and analyzing data and information,forecasting method selection and modeling,model solving,analysis and evaluation of forecast results,and application.Then,by systematically sorting out and summarizing the research status of each link,we identified the hotspots and weak points in the current researches on equipment supplies consumption forecasting,and on this basis,projected the next stage of development in this field.
