摘要
近年来,随着对高层次技术技能人才需求提升,构建本科层次职业教育成为教育改革重要诉求。至2021年8月,33所高校进入“职业本科”试点阶段;然而对于现有试点高校如何转型为“职业本科”的问题,具体实现路径仍在摸索中。通过比较研究发现,德国应用技术大学基于招生制度、师资队伍、人才培养方案的协同合作,能够有效高层次技术技能的人才培养的职责。借鉴德国人才培养经验,针对我国“如何试”的困境,对当前“职业本科”试点提出三方面解决建议。第一,构建“职教高考”制度,吸纳中职生源,从源头保障职业教育本科的“职业性”和“高等性”;第二,完善从企业招收教师的相关体制,搭建产教融合、校企合作的桥梁,为人才培养闭环和生态圈建设铺设基础;第三,设置科学培养方案,在符合职业发展规律和专家知识学习特征的基础上,落实职业教育本科内涵建设。
Due to the huge need of the high-level qualified technician,it has been a reform need to construct vocational university since years.Currently,33 colleges and universities are on the vocational university construction pilot phase.Related vocational colleges and applied universities have the problem of lack of practical logics to change into vocational universities.By comparative research,it found that German universities of applied science take the training responsibility of high-level qualified technician by collaboration among student admission,teacher team construction and training setting.Learning from the German experience,it makes three suggestions to solve the problem of how to change into vocational university.First,it suggests building up the“vocational university entrance examination”to admit vocational students for the vocational university,to keep the vocational character and university-level.Second,it suggests completing the employment mechanism to get vocational teacher from technician in company,which builds up the bridge between industry and education and sets up the base for talent training closed-loop and ecosystem.Third,it suggests providing scientific training to implement the intentions of vocational university,which should comply to the rules of profession and expertise.
