摘要
在氧化铝生产企业中,如何充分有效的利用资源,提高铝土矿溶出率,是一个永恒的课题,本文从矿石的性质和溶出作业条件两方面入手,探讨了影响一水硬铝石型拜耳法溶出率的主要因素,并根据实际生产实践和矿石溶出性能实验,分析了在实际生产中如何提高氧化铝溶出率,对生产有较强的指导意义。
In alumina production enterprises,how to make full and effective use of resources and improve the dissolution rate of bauxite is an eternal topic.This paper discusses the main factors affecting the dissolution rate of diaspore Bayer process from the two aspects of ore properties and dissolution operation conditions,and according to the actual production practice and ore dissolution performance experiment,How to improve the dissolution rate of alumina in practical production is analyzed,which has strong guiding significance for production.
