摘要
Φ7.94mmTP2内螺纹铜管常常出现扁管、夹杂以及无明显伤质量问题,通过显微观察、模拟放大缺陷等手段,分析了Φ7.94mmTP2内螺纹铜管扁管、夹杂以及无明显伤的探伤缺陷形成的原因,并制定了防治措施。研究结果表明:铜管表面扁管与在线成型的收线方式以及行车吊运有关;夹杂与铜管旋压成型的外润滑拉拔油含杂有直接关联;无明显伤与铜管管坯表面强度有密切关系,减小管坯的晶粒度大小可以改善无明显伤缺陷。
