摘要 对于矿山及砂石骨料破碎筛分设备而言,破碎筛分设备的智能化还比较低,在实际运行过程中一旦发生故障则会导致工艺流程中相关作业出现停滞,在故障排查期间也会耗费大量的时间和精力,降低生产效率提高运营成本。应用远程智能监控系统能够有效促进破碎筛分设备的稳定运行,及时定位机械设备的故障,全面提高了生产效率和降低运营成本。 For mine and aggregate crushing and screening equipment,the intelligence of crushing and screening equipment is still relatively low.In the actual operation process,once a fault occurs,it will lead to the stagnation of related operations in the process flow.During the troubleshooting period,it will also spend a lot of time and energy,reduce the production efficiency and improve the operation cost.The application of remote intelligent monitoring system can effectively promote the stable operation of crushing and screening equipment,timely locate the fault of mechanical equipment,comprehensively improve the production efficiency and reduce the operation cost.
