摘要
作为国家治理的重要组成部分,基层治理是重中之重。切实加强党对基层组织工作的领导,提升基层党组织政治功能,是新时代背景下构建共建共治共享治理格局和全面从严治党向基层延伸的必然要求。应该从规范有效运行的制度建设、加强社会主义意识形态的价值引领以及打造作风优良素质过硬的人才队伍三个方面重点推进基层党组织政治功能建设,以不断增强党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,提升党的执政能力。
Grassroots Party organizations,as an important link to achieve the goal of governance,is to improve the grassroots governance system under the leadership of the Party organization,which is an inevitable requirement for the construction of joint construction,joint governance and shared governance pattern under the background of the new era and the extension of comprehensive strict party governance to the grassroots.We should focus on promoting the political function construction of grassroots party organizations from the following three aspects:promoting the system construction of standardized and eff ective operation,strengthening the value guidance of socialist ideology and building talented personnel with good style and excellent quality,so as to continuously enhance the cohesion and combat eff ectiveness of party organizations and enhance the ruling ability of the Party.
