摘要
浙江省舟山市岱山县围绕综合改革试点任务,积极应对人口老龄化背景下长期失能人员的护理保障难题,完善与经济社会发展相协调的多层次医疗保障体系,创新养老服务机制,建立“政府主导多元化、服务内容全程化、服务流程便捷化、评估运行专业化”的具有海岛特色的长期护理保险体系,在标准体系和制度框架建设上,向高质量建设共同富裕海岛样板示范区、奋力打造“重要窗口”和全面推进数字化改革等方面不断迈进。
Focusing on the pilot task of comprehensive reform,Daishan County actively responded to the nursing security problems of long-term disabled persons under the background of population aging.By improving the multi-level healthcare security system coordinated with economic and social development and innovating the elderly care service mechanism,Daishan County has established a long-term care insurance system with island characteristics dominated by the government,diversifi ed service content,convenient service process and professional evaluation and operation.At the same time,in terms of the construction of standard system and institutional framework,Daishan County continues to move forward to the requirements of building a model demonstration area of common rich islands with high quality,striving to build an"important window"and comprehensively promoting digital reform.
