摘要
储能技术通过对电能的时空搬运,能有效解决可再生能源并网对电网带来的安全性与可靠性问题。但是,储能投资成本高,且储能技术的多元性以及不同储能技术在功率成本与能量成本的巨大差异下,导致不同技术的储能难以在同一标准下进行经济性对比。因此,研究不同储能技术的价值,即分析储能功率成本与能量成本的变化如何影响储能对可再生能源发电的价值具有十分重要的意义。文中建立了一种储能技术评估方法,在能源套利的场景下,通过优化储能规模、成本与充放电功率,以光-储联合电厂的收益最大为目标,进行优化求解。算例结果表明,部分储能技术已经能够使光-储联合电厂达到盈利点,且所提储能优化配置方法能够增加光-储联合电厂64%~94%的收益,为了实现更大范围的盈利,文中给出了储能成本下降的路径。
By the time and space transportation of electric energy,the energy storage technology can effectively cope with the safety and reliability risks caused by grid connection of renewable energy sources.However,it is difficult to make comparison economically among different energy storage technologies under the same standard due to the high cost of energy storage,the diversification of energy storage technologies and the great difference in power-related cost and energy-related cost of different energy storage technologies.Therefore,it is of considerable significance to study the value of different energy storage technologies,that is,to analyze how energy storage power costs and energy costs affect the value of energy storage for renewable energy power generation.An assessment method for energy storage technologies is established.Under the scenario of energy arbitrage,this method strives to optimize the solution by optimizing the scale,cost and charge/discharge power of energy storage and taking the benefit maximization of the photovoltaic-storage hybrid plant as the goal.The examples show that some energy storage technologies have been able to make the solar-storage hybrid plants reach the profit point.Moreover,the proposed optimal allocation method for energy storage can increase the revenue of the solar-storage hybrid plants by 64%~94%.In addition,a path to reduce the energy storage cost is given to achieve a wider range of profits.
