摘要
随着畜禽业的发展,畜禽粪污的处理也受到了越来越多研究者的关注。为了解决目前粪污处理低效化、高功耗的问题,针对滚筒式粪污处理设备,对其工作时处理效率和功率消耗的相关因素进行了分析。首先,根据滚筒式粪污处理设备的工作原理、结构和技术参数,使用SolidWorks对滚筒系统、进出料系统、机架系统进行虚拟样机分析,构建了滚筒式粪污处理设备整机模型。其次,采用正交试验法,分析了滚筒温度、滚筒转速、滚筒装料量3个因素对设备处理效率、电耗的影响。试验结果表明:影响滚筒处理效率试验指标的因素由大到小依次为装料量、发酵温度、滚筒转速,最优组合为C_(1)A_(3)B_(3),即装料量50%、发酵温度70℃、滚筒转速0.4 r/min;影响滚筒处理电耗试验指标的因素由大到小依次为装料量、滚筒转速、发酵温度,最优组合为C_(2)B_(2)A_(1),即装料量60%、滚筒转速0.3 r/min、发酵温度60℃。通过综合分析,滚筒装料量是对设备处理效率和处理成本影响最大的因素。
With development of livestock industry,more and more researchers pay attention to treatment of livestock manure.In order to solve problems of low efficiency and high power consumption in current livestock manure treatment,treatment efficiency and power consumption of drum livestock manure treatment equipment were analyzed.First of all,according to working principle,structure and technical parameters of drum livestock manure treatment equipment,SolidWorks was used to analyze drum system,feeding and discharging system,and rack system for virtual prototype analysis,and construct complete machine model of drum type manure treatment equipment.Secondly,orthogonal test method was used to analyze influence of the 3 factors(drum temperature,drum speed and drum loading)on equipment processing efficiency and power consumption.Results showed that,factors affecting experimental indexes of drum treatment efficiency from large to small were loading capacity,fermentation temperature and drum speed.Optimal combination was C_(1)A_(3)B_(3),that was,loading amount was 50%,fermentation temperature was 70℃,and drum speed was 0.4 r/min.Factors affecting power consumption test index of drum treatment from large to small were loading capacity,drum speed and fermentation temperature.Optimum combination was C_(2)B_(2)A_(1),that was,loading amount was 60%,drum speed was 0.3 r/min,and fermentation temperature was 60℃.Through comprehensive analysis,loading capacity of drum was the most important factor affecting treatment efficiency and cost of equipment.
