摘要
除了手术、放疗和化疗等传统手段外,免疫治疗作为一种新型的肿瘤治疗方法已引起人们的广泛关注.大量研究表明,多功能纳米探针可以实现肿瘤的成像与治疗,同时利用纳米探针诱导肿瘤细胞死亡还可导致肿瘤抗原的释放,引起肿瘤免疫治疗的特异性免疫反应,因此将免疫治疗与多功能纳米探针相结合,可实现肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗.本文主要综述了多功能纳米探针用于荧光成像、CT成像以及磁共振成像等引导下的免疫治疗的研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望.
Immunotherapy has attracted extensive attention as an effective means for tumor treatment instead of traditional methods such as surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy.The combination of immunotherapy and multifunctional nanoprobes can realize the early diagnosis and treatment of tumors.Various studies have shown that multifunctional nanoprobes can achieve multi-mode imaging and the multi-mode treatment of tumors.Meanwhile,tumor cell death induced by some nanoprobes can lead to the release of tumor antigen to promote specific immune response to tumor immunotherapy.In this paper,we review the application and development prospect of multifunctional nanoprobes for immunotherapy combined with fluorescence imaging,computed tomography imaging,and magnetic resonance imaging.
