摘要
目的探讨筋针疗法联合高压氧(HBO)治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月海军青岛特勤疗养中心收治的68例军事训练导致肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组常规给予筋针疗法治疗,观察组同时给予筋针疗法联合HBO治疗,治疗周期为4周。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估对照组和观察组患者治疗前后疼痛情况;采用关节活动度(ROM)无线测试仪测量对照组和观察组患者肩关节ROM,评定治疗前后ROM的变化情况。结果治疗后观察组患者VAS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肩关节内旋、外旋、外展、后伸、前屈的ROM明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论筋针疗法联合HBO治疗肩关节损伤疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of tendon acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in treating rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 68 patients with rotator cuff injury treated in Qingdao Recuperation Center for PLA Naval Specialized Services from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by the random number table method.The control group was given conventional tendon acupuncture,while the observation group was given both tendon acupuncture and HBO treatment.Both groups received four weeks of treatment.The visual analogue score(VAS)was used to assess the pain severity in the control group and the observation group before and after treatment;the wireless joint mobility tester was used to measure the shoulder mobility and assess the change of the range of motion(ROM)before and after treatment.After treatment,the VAS in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results After treatment,the mobilities of internal rotation,external rotation,abduction,posterior extension,and forward flexion of the shoulder joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tendon acupuncture combined with HBO therapy is effective in treating shoulder joint injury and is worth wide application in clinical practice.
