摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展,国际地位的日渐提高,我国举办的大型活动日益增多。大型活动举办成功与否,安全是关键。通过统计分析国内外大型活动安全事故,不难发现,事故原因大多直接或间接与安全管理责任有关,主要包括:安全风险管理意识不强、责任落实不到位、预防准备工作不足、安全管理经验不足等。为有效应对责任事故,应采取增强安全意识和责任意识,超前谋划做好准备工作,加强教育培训,认真组织演练等措施。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the increasing international status,more and more large-scale events are held in China.Safety is the key to their success.Through statistical analysis of safety accidents occurred at such events at home and abroad,it is found that most of the accidents are directly or indirectly related to the safety managerial responsibility including the lack of awareness of safety risk management,inadequate implementation of responsibility,ineffective measures,insufficient prevention preparation,weak sense of responsibility,insufficient safety management experience and ineffective on-site management.In order to effectively prevent accidents,this paper puts forward some measures,such as enhancing safety awareness and responsibility awareness,planning ahead and making solid preparations,stepping up efforts in education and training,organizing relevant drills.
