摘要
本文主要结合厦门光昱新能源建设项目(X2015G09)二期工程的建设情况,分析施工管理阶段的现场管理的要点。以该项目为例,施工阶段是项目设计转向实体的一个重要过程。作为工程建设施工管理的专业技术人员,在工作过程中积累经验,不断提高工作效率,为项目建设的顺利进行做好严控,同时为企业的经济效益贡献力量,这是作为一个建设工程施工技术人员的基本工作内容。
This article mainly combines the construction situation at the second phase of the Xiamen Guangyu New Energy Resource Construction Project(X2015G09)to analyze the key points of on-site management in the construction management stage.Taking this project as an example,the construction phase is an important process from the project design to the entity.As a professional and technical personnel in engineering construction management,he/she should accumulate experience in the process of work,continuously improve work efficiency,strictly control the smooth progress of project construction,and simultaneously contribute to the economic benefits of the enterprise.This is as the basic work content of the personnel of construction engineering construction technology.
