摘要
川渝地区页岩气水平井井口压力高达40 MPa,全角变化率超过8°/30 m。针对电缆分簇射孔与桥塞联作工具串无法正常入井及在全角变化率最大处遇阻、遇卡,导致工具串起爆可靠性差,通过工具串在井口处的受力分析,推导出工具串顺利入井的最小质量;利用全角变化率最大处工具串与井筒的几何关系模型,计算出容许工具串通过的最大长度。随着井口压力增加,入井工具串最小质量增加;随着全角变化率的增大,容许通过的工具串最大长度相应减小。川渝地区长宁H**井通过合理配置工具串质量,优化工具串长度成功施工,验证了此方法的合理性,避免了工具串无法入井及遇阻、遇卡问题,保证了施工质量。同时积累了宝贵的施工经验,为后续的川渝页岩气水平井电缆分簇射孔与桥塞联作技术推广应用奠定了基础。
The wellhead pressure of shale gas horizontal wells in Sichuan and Chongqing area is up to 40 MPa,and the full angle change rate exceeds 8°/30 m.Aiming at the problem that the tool string for the combined construction of cable cluster perforation and bridge plug cannot enter the well normally and encounters resistance and jamming at the maximum full angle change rate,resulting in poor initiation reliability of the tool string,the minimum mass of the tool string for entering the well smoothly is deduced through the force analysis of the tool string at the wellhead;The maximum allowable length of tool string is calculated by using the geometric relationship model between tool string and wellbore at the maximum full angle change rate.With the increase of wellhead pressure,the minimum mass of tool string increases;With the increase of the full angle change rate,the maximum length of the tool string allowed to pass decreases accordingly.The successful construction of Changning H**well in Sichuan and Chongqing area verifies the rationality of the method of reasonably configuring the mass of tool string and optimizing the length of tool string,which avoids the problem that the tool string cannot enter the well due to encountering resistance and jamming,and ensures the construction quality.At the same time,valuable construction experience has been accumulated,which lays a foundation for the popularization and application of cable cluster perforation and bridge plug combined technology in Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas horizontal wells.
