水驱供注质量管理实践及其应用

摘要 油田投入开发后,如果没有相应的驱油能量补充,油层压力将随着开发时间逐渐降低,引起产量下降,使油田的最终采收率下降。注水开发对油田的长期稳产至关重要,有利于提高油藏采油速度和采收率,达到油田稳产的目的。基于水驱供注质量问题,综合运用质量可靠性设计技术,设计误差追溯流程和试验方法,确保单井注水量计量准确,落实注水技术政策,通过试验分析影响计量仪表准确率的因素,并采取针对性的质量保障、控制和规避措施,提高仪表计量准确性的治理对策及治理效果,进一步提高水驱供注质量,为油田注水精密计量提供依据。 After the oilfield is put into development,if there is no corresponding oil displacement energy supplement,the reservoir pressure will gradually decrease with the increase of development time,resulting in the decline of the production and final recovery of the oilfield.Water injection development is very important for the long-term stable production of the oilfield,which is conducive to improving the oil recovery speed and recovery rate of the reservoir,so as to achieve the purpose of stable production of the oilfield.The error tracing process and test methods are designed using quality reliability design technology to ensure the accurate measurement of singlewell water injection and implement the water injection technology policy.The factors affecting the accuracy of metering instruments are analyzed through tests,and targeted quality assurance and control measures are taken to improve the metering accuracy of instruments and further improve the injected water supply quality of water flooding,so as to provide basis for precision metering of oilfield water injection.
