纳滤膜装置的质量风险管理及可靠性分析

摘要 目前正在运行的纳滤膜净水处理装置易出现产水量下降、跨膜压差升高等问题。为了提高纳滤膜净水处理装置的制水能力,保证出水水量和水质,运用质量风险管理的方法,建立故障树模型,结合日常运行及监测情况,查找影响因素并提出相应的措施,开展纳滤膜净水装置的可靠性分析。通过分析特征污染物成分,有针对性地实施膜元件离线清洗,有效地恢复了膜的过滤性能;增加预处理工艺,强化了对膜前有机物成分的去除能力,降低膜元件有机物污染负荷,延长了膜的使用寿命。通过产水量、跨膜压差、浊度、可溶解性总固体等运行参数及水质检测指标的量化对比,表明纳滤膜装置的整体净化处理能力得到了有效恢复,进一步提升了纳滤膜装置的运行可靠性。同时将质量管理与日常运行有效结合,形成纳滤膜净水装置的设计、运行、维护的方法及经验。 At present,the nanofiltration membrane water purification device in operation is prone to problems such as the decrease of water yield and the rise of transmembrane pressure difference.In order to improve the water purification capacity of the equipment and ensure the water output and quality,the fault-tree model is established by using the method of quality risk management.Combined with the daily operation and monitoring,the influencing factors of the water output and quality are found,the corresponding measures are put forward,and the reliability of nanofiltration membrane water purification device is analyzed.By analyzing the composition of characteristic pollutants,the off-line cleaning of membrane components is carried out,and the filtration performance of membrane is effectively restored;The addition of pretreatment process strengthens the removal ability of organic components in front of the membrane,reduces the organic pollution load of membrane components,and prolongs the service life of the membrane.The quantitative comparison of operation parameters such as water yield,transmembrane pressure difference,turbidity and soluble total solids and water quality detection indicators before and after the measures shows that the overall purification capacity of the nanofiltration membrane device has been effectively restored,and the operation reliability of the nanofiltration membrane device has been further improved.The design,operation and maintenance methods and experience are formed by combining quality management with daily operation.
