摘要
韭菜是我国常见的蔬菜,也是特色小宗作物,生产上发生的病虫害较多,因为种植和收获特点的原因,较容易出现农药残留超标风险,因此值得对韭菜用药登记现状及防治水平提升和与食用农产品质量安全的关系做梳理。对我国韭菜主要病虫草害发生和防治情况,我国批准登记或推荐的韭菜用农药做了整理分析,据此提出了提升韭菜植保防治水平、保障韭菜产品质量安全的建议。
Chinese leek is not only a common vegetable in China,but also a characteristic minor plant.There are many diseases and pests in production.Due to the characteristics of planting and harvest,there are many risks of excessive pesticide residue.Therefore,it is worth combing the current situation of Chinese leek pesticide registration,the improvement of control level and the relationship with the quality and safety of edible agricultural products.In this paper,the occurrence and control of main diseases,pests and weeds of Chinese leek in China,and the pesticides for Chinese leek approved for registration or recommended in China were sorted and analyzed.Based on this,some suggestions were put forward to improve the level of plant protection of Chinese leek and to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese leek products.
