摘要
目的:利用计算机自动揭示大量医学文献中蕴含的中西医疾病名称对应关系,为中西医知识体系融合和临床诊疗实践提供借鉴参考。方法:构建中西医病名词典和抽取规则,利用自编程序对医学文献进行分词、特征词匹配,抽取病名对应关系,并通过人工审核和效果评估,循环迭代优化算法,选取糖尿病相关文献并进行验证。结果:获取到552个与糖尿病相关的中西医疾病名称对应关系,准确率(P)为88.75%,召回率(R)为76.67%,F值为82.27%。结论:验证了改进模式匹配的中西医疾病名称关联映射算法的有效性,可为中西医疾病名称关联对应研究提供新思路。
Objective To provide lesions and reference for the integrated knowledge system of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases by automatic revealing the corresponding associations between the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine among the vast amount of medical literature.Methods A dictionary of the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine was compiled for extracting their rules.The corresponding associations between the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine extracted by matching the segmented and characteristic words in medical literature through self-programming were reviewed and their effectiveness was assessed.The mapping algorithm was optimized by circular iteration.The papers on diabetes mellitus were selected and verified.Results A total of 552 diabetes mellitus-related associations between the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine were detected in medical literature with an accurate rate(P)of 88.75%,a recall rate(R)of 76.67%,and a F value of 82.27%.Conclusion The verified effectiveness of the improved pattern-matched mapping algorithm of the associations between the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine can provide a new idea for studying the corresponding associations between the names of diseases in Chinese traditional and Western medicine.
