摘要
针对海洋水下发电装置存在的问题和发展现状进行分析,设计一种防止海水腐蚀和生物附着发电机的密封舱自动增压系统,并在实验室条件下进行测试。试验数据和结果表明:该系统可根据当前海水压力自动增加舱内气体压力,使舱内压力始终大于舱外压力,防止海水渗漏到舱内,避免海水腐蚀和生物附着发电机;该系统还可实时监测发电装置运行过程中的各项基本参数,从而有效判断发电装置的工作状态,可作为监控海洋水下发电装置工作状态的有效手段,提高海洋能发电装置的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems and development status of marine underwater power generation equipment,an automatic pressuri zation system for preventing seawater corrosion and biological adhesion for the generator is designed and tested under laboratory conditions.The test data and results show that the system can automatically increase the gas pressure in the cabin according to the current seawater pressure,so that the pressure in the cabin is always greater than the pressure outside the cabin,so as to prevent the seawater from leaking into the cabin,avoid the seawater corrosion and biological adhesion of the generator.Moreover,the system can also monitor various basic parameters during the operation of the power generation device in real time,so as to effectively judge whether the power generation device is in normal working state,which can be used as an effective means to monitor the working state of the underwater power generation device,and improve the reliability of the marine energy generation device.
