东北少数民族传统冰雪文化传承保护方略与创新发展 被引量:4

摘要 为了探究少数民族传统冰雪文化的传承与发展,采用文献资料法、历史研究法和访谈法等,通过对东北地区具有冰雪特色的少数民族传统冰雪项目进行搜集与整理,探索各民族传统冰雪运动项目当前的留存情况,并对现有的传统冰雪文化运用现代信息技术,解读相关政策,分析体育法条文对传承保护方略进行创新研究,使发展与传承机制更加多元化、智能化.传统冰雪项目历史悠久,种类繁多,具有很高的文化价值和健身价值,探寻了东北地区的存续现状以及发展与传承的现实困境与时代机遇.基于此,对东北传统冰雪文化的发展、保护角度提出了创新的路径和应对措施. In order to explore the inheritance and development of ethnic minority traditional ice and snow culture,the methods of literature,historical research and interview are used to collect and sort out ethnic minority traditional ice and snow projects with ice and snow characteristics in northeast of China,explore the current retention of traditional ice and snow sports of all ethnic groups,and make innovative research on the inheritance and protection strategy by using modern information technology,interpreting relevant policies,analyze the provisions of the sports law and carry out innovative research on the strategy of inheritance and protection,make the development and inheritance mechanism more diversified and intelligent.Traditional ice and snow projects have a long history and a wide variety,with high cultural value and fitness value,explore the current situation of existence,the practical difficulties and opportunities of development and inheritance in northeast of China.Based on this,puts forward innovative paths and countermeasures from the perspective of the development and protection of northeast traditional ice and snow culture.
