摘要
透射电子显微镜分辨率高、放大倍数大,广泛应用于材料科学与生命科学领域。透射电镜是一种非常复杂和精密的仪器,对软件操作有严格的要求,需要正确恰当的日常维护以保证仪器的正常运转。日本电子1400-Plus透射电镜是一种观察超微结构的仪器。本文总结了该透射电镜的Radius软件操作和日常维护。
TEM has high resolution and large magnification,which is widely used in the fields of material science and life science.TEM is extremely sophisticated and delicate,which has strict requirements for software operation and needs right and proper routine maintenance to guarantee normal operation of the device.JEM-1400-Plus transmission electron microscope(TEM)is an imaging device for observing ultrastructure.This paper summarizes operation of Radius software and routine maintenance of JEM-1400-Plus TEM.
